Together, we recruit, revise, and reenvision health communications by selecting the best writers, fine-tuning submissions, and putting together a magazine that can confidently compete in the stacks of New York City magazine shops.
Esha Brahmbhatt
Founder & Editor-in-Chief
Esha created Cabin Fever Magazine from her dorm room overlooking Union Square Park in Manhattan. She is a pioneer of media epidemiology, a branch of health studies that aims to understand how contemporary media consumption and production impact health outcomes. She holds a B.S. in media and public health from New York University and is currently an MPH candidate at Dartmouth College.

Jordan Honeysucker
Editorial Director
Jordan is a Florida native who is interested in the overlooked aspects of medicine, health policy, and environmental health. She graduated from University of California, Berkeley where she earned a B.S. in psychology and public health. She currently works as a Health and Wellness Specialist in Ocala, FL examining how clinical care is delivered in rural communities.

Ayesha is a recent graduate from New York University with a B.S. in applied psychology and global public health on the premed track. Ayesha is interested in exploring the intersection between public health and mental health. When she’s not busy with Cabin Fever, Ayesha loves taking pictures, watching movies, and exploring new cities.

Shaili is a writer and communications creative focused on health, culture, and digital media. She holds a B.S. in neuroscience from University of California, Los Angeles and has worked across journalism, social media, and public health storytelling. Her work explores how media and online culture shape the way people understand health, identity, and everyday life.
